How can I track my order?

What should I do if the merchandise I have received is damaged?
We package your goods very thoroughly to avoid any damage during
shipment. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify
the carrier if the merchandise has been damaged. All claims must be
filed with the carrier.
What happens when a product is out of stock?
Items out of stock are marked “out of stock” on the Around My French Kitchen site. If for some reason an item becomes unavailable between the time
you order the item and the time it is shipped, you will be notified
immediately and a full refund of the out of stock item will be applied
to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days
of your order.
