Around My French Kitchen is based near Nice, France. We ship food products, and other products such as Paris souvenirs and home decor directly from France.

What are the shipping methods available?
Products shipping from France. For products shipping from France, We only use LA POSTE Colissimo International. Please check our shipping policy for details.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed on a given day generally ship the next business day. Orders placed on week ends ship the following Monday. The products ship from France, and transit time is usually:
- 1 to 2 weeks if shipped by International Mail.

At this time, orders taken on the Aroung My French Kitchen site ship to the US, Canada, the UK, European countries, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and many other countries. Please contact us directly for shipment to other countries.

How do I order Around My French Kitchen products?
To order products, please place your order online on this web site. To begin shopping, simply click on the product category that is of interest to you and browse until you find the product you are looking for. To add an item to your order, click "Add to Cart". When you add an item, all your selections will be displayed with a subtotal. Click Checkout when you are ready to checkout and proceed to payment.
How do I know my payment is secure?
At Around My French Kitchen, we take your security very seriously. We have implemented a couple of measures to maximize online payment protection. 1. We don’t store your credit card information (which is why you will need to pay by your Paypal account). 2. All transactions are encrypted with state of the art, 256-bit encryption for maximum security by Paypal service Paiement.
How can I track my order?
When you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an email notification to inform you about your order status.
What should I do if the merchandise I have received is damaged?
We package your goods very thoroughly to avoid any damage during shipment. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify the carrier if the merchandise has been damaged. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
What happens when a product is out of stock?
Items out of stock are marked “out of stock” on the Around My French Kitchen site. If for some reason an item becomes unavailable between the time you order the item and the time it is shipped, you will be notified immediately and a full refund of the out of stock item will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order.
