Products Shipping from France
We offer one simple shipping method from France:
- La Poste Collissimo International (delivery by USPS). This is the most affordable method. The shipping delay is between 6 and 12 days and you will receive a tracking number.
- Fedex only if necessary (in that case we inform you of the shipping rate)
Note to American buyers
As an American buyer from France, you are the “importer” of goods. Goods entering the US may be inspected by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and assessed for applicable Customs duties, taxes and charges, if any. It is the importer's responsibility to account for any duties and/or taxes, while ensuring compliance with Customs regulations in the US.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are US$51.90 and up. Shipping fees vary based on product number.

We accept only PayPal users with their PayPal account.
Refused Shipment/Delivery Failure due to Lack of Availability
It is important that each customer provide us with the correct shipping information. Any orders placed with incorrect addresses and/or zip codes that need to be corrected by UPS for delivery will incur an additional charge of $5.00 for standard delivery or $10.00 for express delivery options. Any shipments that are returned to Around my french kitchen by shipping carriers due to: refusal of delivery; incorrect address supplied by customer; undeliverable address or delivery failure due to lack of availability on recipient's part will not be automatically refunded.
Refunds
Refunds that are requested and approved by Around my french kitchen will be issued to your credit card. If you wish that the order be re-shipped, a second shipping charge will be billed equivalent to actual shipping charges or published shipping charges, whichever is greater. Please make sure that your shipping address is a street address, as we do not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please be aware that there are absolutely no refunds on International orders.
Order Tracking
You will receive an automated email notification to inform you about your order status.
Loss and Damaged Merchandise
Inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify carrier if shipment is lost or damaged. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
Out of Stock Items
Items out of stock are marked “out of stock” on the Around my french kitchen site. If for some reason an item becomes unavailable between the time you order the item and the time it is shipped, you will be notified immediately and a full refund of the out of stock item will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return the items in original condition with a copy of the invoice within 7 DAYS. All items must be new and unused, preferably in the original packaging, with the freight prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sorry, we cannot accept any returns after 7 DAYS or without an invoice.
There are absolutely no returns on perishable items.
Please inspect and check the items that you ordered once you receive them. Around my french kitchen is not responsible for return orders that we do not receive or if the returned order is damaged during shipping. You don't need to get authorization from us to return an order.
Our Right to Refuse Your Order
We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason. If we refuse your order we will notify you by email and a full refund of your order will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.
